Our History
Founded by Gregory Nelson, Co: CLC was founded in Ipswich, Suffolk United Kingdom In May 2005
2013
As we grew so did our client base and the size of the loft conversions and building projects we took on.
2015
So we also expanded into timber framed extensions, cart lodges and garden rooms and formed sister companies to complement our work force
2007
Complete loft conversions started by carrying out a conversion for a friend which went rather well so we decided to carry on making beautiful spaces
2015
Like all small business we grew organically taking on other projects like barn conversions and extensions while keeping our toe in the water with the latest building tech.
